I wholeheartedly believe that Yoga is a healing force in this world and that we can all benefit from it. Yoga is so much more than bendy postures! My practice exists to work with people of all ages to support their lifelong health and wellbeing.

About Bunkie

Bunkie is a lifelong Williamsburg resident. Her career was dedicated to the nonprofit world before pursuing her passion of practicing yoga therapy. When not on her mat, she loves to hike, cook, and spend loads of time with her large, loving family. 

Bunkie is a graduate of Shanti Garudasana Yoga Training School at William & Mary, certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Bunkie teaches a variety of classes at Body Balance and also often teaches classes at WISC in James City County, Virginia. The Williamsburg Regional Library hosts free classes for the public taught by Bunkie.

Bunkie also holds certifications in: Adaptive Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pain Care Awareness, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy.
